Masses:
The convent, formerly located outside the walls and destroyed by the English in 1589, was rebuilt inside the Ciudad Vieja in the first half of the 17th century. It was later enlarged around 1726, but the church was demolished, preserving the chapels of Los Remedios and Rosario. It has a Latin cross plan, and the exterior wall conserves a Romanesque-Gothic tympanum from one of the roofs of the original church, depicting the Virgin and Child seated.
Curiously, the tower appears to be crooked. In reality, it is perfectly aligned with the axis of the church. It is the façade that is oblique to the centre axis.
