4 large langoustines (also known as Norway lobsters)
Aromatic herbs
4 teaspoons olive oil caviar
DIRECTIONS:
For this dish, we will use a good-sized and good-quality langoustine. First, cut it in half lengthwise, place the aromatic herbs on top, and pan-sear it on the meaty side.
Let cook for two minutes, remove from the pan and salt. Plate and serve.
